The basic element is a support plate with any shaped floor plan and an arbitrarily arranged folding edge. The plane-parallel cross-section has a thickness of only 30 to 50 mm or, in the case of prestressing, of only 50 to 60 mm. Despite the very thin-walled components, the low permeability means that very durable constructions can be implemented in many possible applications, especially when they are exposed to the elements. In most cases it is even possible to do without an additional moisture proofing.
